 When I load into a particular campaign I get this message "The module builder has not read and customized the rule settings for this module", what does that mean exactly and does it mean the campaign will not work properly?

Maybe you should try your existing thread. Not many people use HCR. You might have luck on the irc channel.

 Thanks. It's not HCR thats the issue, its how to properly recreate a campaign that I added new content to.
