I JUST started playing the ME franchise and started with ME. Been playing it on a PC with Xpadder. But yesterday I bought an Xbox 360 and ME1 for it. Can I somehow use a flash drive in the USB port to transfer a saved game FROM a PC TO the Xbox? Is this even possible?

That's a mod question rather than a game tech question. Try the mod threads to see if anyone there with the expertise knows of a way to do it. (Personally I have my doubts.)

There is no mod forum, but there may be mod threads. I haven't noticed any for ME myself. A quick search using Google seems to suggest that modding for ME was/is extremely limited, and that modding didn't really take off until ME2.
You could try those threads (I don't bother with modding myself so don't know the links) and post there to see if anyone knows anything; but my initial thought might prove to be accurate.

Looks like it won't work on ME1. It's for Me2 & 3 only.
