So, in short, I waited 10 minutes to chat with someone who first tells me to do something I need to be logged in to do, but my issue is that I can't login.

Then he tells me to try again in 24 hours.  I would have expected "we are experiencing a login issue which we expect to be resolved in __ hours."  But, oh, OK, I'll check back tomorrow.

This exchange doesn't give me the warm and fuzzies...

Are my expectations too high?  Am I just lucky that I haven't needed to contact support for 3 months?
