Here's the tweet:
https://twitter.com/...942797880541185 Twitter says it was posted on March 8th, not 9th. That's two days after the game was released. How many people beat the game in two days? I'm sure many people on this forum did, but most people who played the game didn't. Personally, I spent about a week or so on it, and I had been on spring break at the time--still only took me about 30-35 hours, so maybe I could've beaten it in two days if I played non-stop, but I didn't.
I know people had been giving the devs crap even before the game was released, because Something Awful leaked some of the details, but the ending poopstorm had to have taken at least a week to hit full force. Not to mention that Mike Gamble isn't the only one who has said this. The official Mass Effect twitter paraphrased his tweet a little bit here:
http://twitter.com/m...686320568926209 And Patrick Weekes said at PAX that the devs have always had big plans for Mass Effect 3, as if the game hadn't already been released and played by millions of people. Surely they aren't just talking about some run-of-the-mill DLC.
