Hello im trying to buy the DLC From Ashes with paysafecard but when i place my order it gets stuck on loading .please wait and it dosen't do anything. is this a problem from my side or from origin ? any help will be much appreciated.

I had a similiar issue with the EC DLC, what I did to solve it was I exited the game and when I reloaded, I was given a prompt to check the DLC menu and sure enough it started downloading. I am sure you tried this already and not sure if this'll help.
