Not a single one is showing up after two play-throughs (one insanity)..

Is this a known issue or is there any fix?

I have the same problem.

I unlocked my last achievements over a month ago and they're yet to appear in my profile here.

Perhaps I should point out that the game is allowed to upload gameplay feedback, and that the multiplayer manifest updates instantly...

The From Ashes-achievements I unlocked 4 months ago are not appearing either, while others I unlocked back in March-April uploaded just fine.

Would be nice to know why this is happening, I just spent an infuriating 45 minutes with EA support guy who seemed utterly clueless about this problem.

I have this problem, too. The "From Ashes" achievements have yet to show up, and after finally figuring out how to get the "Master & Commander" achievement, it's not there either! WTF?!

Just realised the same is true for me too - eh.. I guess it's not going to be fixed any time soon. Not that bothered as I can see them fine through the game menu, but it's a bit slack.

yeppy - game feedback on and every time I start up I get a sync with cloud storage. The funny thing is that the other stats in for example the manifest are bang up to date, just the achievements don't seem to have updated recently.

Sounds like a genuine bug for developers to work on.

My From Ashes achievements came back the other day, but the Leviathan ones are still locked even though I KNOW I unlocked them my first playthrough of Leviathan.

All of my achievements show just fine in my ME3 game, but I'm still missing "Insanity", "Unwavering", and "Veteran" from my profile here on BSN. Not to mention all eight DLC achievements...anybody know why this happens?

I have the same problem and I think it is related to Origin. Origin kept throwing me out in the middle of the game and this seems to prevent new achievements from showing up. even if I unlock them while being online. I think some data corruption is at work.

It gets better. I contacted EA Help, and they told me that I "must not have been playing online", and that it was thus MY fault and they couldn't do anything. Despite the fact that I always play online because I like to chat with my friends when they come on. So yeah, there will be no help forthcoming for this issue. EA's servers are messed up, and they just want to blame the players.
