 I am left handed and it always bugs me that all characters are rught handed...  The only lefty I lnow of is Link from Zelda but they changed that when he went to motion control....  So for me and all the other leftys out there just give us the option to use our left hand.

Haha although I don't see it happening because it just seems like THAT MUCH MORE they'd have to animate, I agree that it would be pretty cool to have the option. I, too, am a lefty :)

The best solution to this is to have all characters be left handed.

It is a small thing indeed, and while I sympathize with wanting to play a left handed character, the amount of work involved in making it happen would be completely disproportionate to the benefit. Many new combat animations would be needed. I'd rather have them spend all that time on something that gives a little more bang for our buck.

Proof that people who **** like to point out other ****ers for another reason to ****. As long as it's optional I wouldn't mind. I think I'd be pretty annoyed with this if I was a lefty too.

I am ambidextrous so does not bother me one bit. Honestly I never even noticed was right handed in game until just now because you brought it up. I might have thought "okay equip the sword and shield or bow" but never thought "omg it put it in his right hand". >:}

I love how the whiners get pissy the second someone disagrees.

it's a stupid thing to complain about.

It's cute that you think you got to me. The point I was trying to make is if ****ing annoys you don't do it yourself.

Well, i'm a lefty as well. I won't ***** about it. But i'd bet you'd be singing a different toon, if the shoe was on the other foot. Or glove on the other hand. Posted Image Leftys wanting the option, is mainly to feel more connected to the character. It's like a man wanting to play a male character, and a women wanting to play a female character.

I'd like the option, but it would most likely be too much trouble to implement for just 1/7 of the population. The world is made mostly for right-handers, and i've gotten use to it.

And that's enough bickering for one thread, thank you.

End of line.
