Cant Connect to Online Features after downloading EC but [EA SAYS I AM BANNED] ?

I got the same problem that others are having right now after Downloading the Extended Cut DLC [bug], I cannot connect to online features, it says I require to Redeem Online Pass, also My stats have been totally wiped out in Multiplayer, and I cannot access anything except the Main Story, what the hell ? I un-installed and re-installed everything, still the same bug since I downloaded and Installed the Extended Cut on 27th June, 2012.
I contacted EA Chat Assist and asked them to review my account, and this is what reply I get :-

"I'm sorry the online access of the game is banned "Banned for MP exploitation. Do NOT unban. "

what the hell ? I never used any exploit and I definatley never cheated. This is happening since I downloaded the Extended Cut DLC.Even If Bioware would have banned me then I would have got an email or such message that I am banned.

This is such bull**** ?
Developers what is going on ? This bug got me banned for what ?
I am banned or it is the bug showing that ?
Please FIX THIS PROBLEM, below is the screenshot of the main menu, which keeps telling me to Redeem/Purchase Online Pass to access Online features.

Taked to another EA Chat Assist, he says that nothing such is being shown up against my account, by that he means that I am not banned, but seriously WTF is going on ?
One EA Chat Assist say I am banned, other says I AM NOT................... WTF ?

Bioware has stated that a fix is in the works. If this fix doesn't work, it means that yes, you've been banned and it's not a glitch related to the DLC. At that point, you can contact BioWare directly to protest the ban, as outlined in this thread: http://social.biowar.../index/12648106

It's no good bumping this thread, we can't do anything you might get lucky and a wandering dev will see it, but keep bugging them in this thread and the email address (more likely going to get a result from daily email request) provided:- http://social.biowar...95899/1#9895899

No, you can't. The moderator image is seperate from the avatar. If that doesn't convince you, look at the bottom of the page at the list of moderators.
