Here that I managed to receive on the problem from support EA. Can be not in this subject, but it shows the attitude of Bioware and EA to players.:

After ban in Multiplayer in ME 3. "Galaxy at war" can't connected to servers
Udit: So you are banned from the Multiplayer in Mass Effect 3?
you: Yes
Udit: Okay.
you: Also I do not try to challenge it.
Udit: I'm sorry however as you are banned from the Multiplayer so you would not be able to play the game online.
Udit: Is there anything else I may help you with?
you: I quote the letter from EA: You will still have access to ALL single player content.
Udit: You may play the game in single player however you would not be able to connect to the servers.

Who can say for sure?
If they won't start explaining the TRUE motives behind these bans, they're fools. We should eat them.

TBH this forum is fairly useless for problems like this, EA or bioware don't look at this "This forum is for fans to help other fans with PC related issues regarding Mass Effect 3". And their actual support it utter *blank*.

I have found out that the EU court has ruled the we own digital products once we have paid for them, rather than paying for a service, we actually own the licence (so we could go ahead and sell them if we wanted to!).

Anyway, what this means is that BioWare have in effect stolen our online pass, the ones we paid for.

Check out PCGamer, Issue 243, page 8.
and here;
http://www.gameinfor...spx?PageIndex=2

Now by my reconing, BioWare, you are in breach of European Laws.

The product that i own, the one i bought from you, is incomplete.

My "registered game content " clearly states that I have one "Online Pass (N7 Collector's Edition)" registered to my account, purchased with my product.

Please give it back.

I heard from some people on this forum (don't remember where) that if you contact EA and ask them for a new online pass code if you trade all of your earned upgrades and characters away so the slate will be wiped clean they'll give you a new code, of course i wouldn't trust rumors very much but if you want to try that feel free, as for European laws it says you're paying for a license in the EULA, it's not for the whole product and they do have a right to take it away if they so desire to, but them banning you for no reason is unacceptable especially after installing the DLC in question, so good luck fighting them, you'll need it

So I'd do this through EA dirrectly?

I dont mind loosing all my score, it's just a game right?
I'd just better make sure i dont progress too quickly next time, right?

...and make sure you quit the game if you think someone might be cheating, that way you don't get banned for being guilty by association. If you manage to actually finish a game, post about it, it will be a miracle.

New discovery; the ban prevents you accessing the galaxy at war map in single player, because it pulls the data from the EA server!

This is completely unacceptable.

Ban someone from MP if you must, but you can't touch their single player game!
You've gone too far. You affected my single player game.

So now you switch to fight the oh so major impacts on SP and not your "unjust" ban in MP? Hmmm. Interesting.

Thx for the tip! Seems that's why he got banned in the first place then. Never thought of that.
