I've played with the graphics settings and even gone so far as to uninstall/reinstall the entire game and still no change. Any clues on how I can fix this would be appreciated

Like a lot of people I haven't played ME3 for a little over 3 months, played through it twice and then left it alone. After the Ending DLC finally launched I downloaded it (as well as a patch automatically in the proscess I think) and now there is an overabundance of red in everything but the loading screen.

I can honestly say I get a red screen as well, but only when I exit the game, it usually only happens whenever I exit a recent game like ME3 or Diablo 3 so it could be that the video card is outdated or just overheating. Mind you I know next to nothing about the insides of a computer and am only speculating at this point so your guess is as good as mine.
