I was sent here by the Origin support team.
I was banned from Mass Effect 3 multiplayer because I was hacked. The person that hacked my account got me banned from the multiplayer. I don't really see how this is fair, as I had no contol over my account while it was hacked. I couldn't login to the account as the person had it logged in. I wish to have my account unbanned. Again I dont really see how this is fair as I had no control over the account at the time of the hacking.

Explain the issue, and hopefully they will help you. I'm in the same boat as you atm

They should have logs with IP addresses. This may or may not validate what you say. BW owes it to you to check and be careful.

There is a forum post on these boards about cheaters and the proper procedure to go through to get unbanned in the case of a mistake/mix up.

DONT LISTEN TO THIS LIER, F**K UP, i played with him some days ago, he was hacking hard, He had Aimbot, Godmode and RAPID FIRE cheat, he killed all the enemy in 1 shot, also he earned Credits like a madness, he earned like 9999999 credits in that game session.
I and some of my friends reported him and now he has got banned, and he is coming here LYING about it, making up stories......... DEVs dont listen to him, I and my friends will report him back........ F**king Cheater n00b !
