1) Make sure that you have earned Dragon Age: Origins Unlocks by playing Dragon Age Journeys while signed into an EA online account.
a) If you have not earned Unlocks, you can play Dragon Age Journeys at www.dragonagejourneys.com.
2) Log in to you online account.
a) On the Main Menu, click the 'Log In' button at the bottom left of the screen.
3) Back on the Main Menu, ensure the status button at the bottom left of the screen says 'Logged In' and below that is the email address of the account you want to use.
4) Select the 'Downloadable Content' option from the Main Menu.
5) The Dragon Age: Origins Unlock item will automatically begin to download. Once it has completed downloading and installing the content, the Unlock item will move to the Installed Content tab. Click the 'Installed Content' tab to review all DLC you currently have installed on this machine. Ensure the content you just downloaded is set to Enabled.
6) To play this content, return to the Main Menu and start a New Game, Resume your last game, or Load a previous save game.
7) Your Unlock item will automatically appear in your Party Inventory.
On the Sony PlayStation 3
1) Make sure that you have earned Dragon Age:
Origins Unlocks by playing Dragon Age Journeys while signed into an EA
online account.
a) If you have not earned Unlocks, you can play Dragon Age Journeys at www.dragonagejourneys.com.
2) Make sure you have a PlayStation Network account, and that you are logged into that account on your Playstation 3 system.
a) For details on how to create a PlayStation Network account, or to log in with it, please refer to your PlayStation 3 sytem manual or the www.playstation.com website.
3) Log in to the Dragon Age Servers with your EA online account.
a) On the Main Menu, press the Triangle button to 'Sign In to Dragon Age Servers'. If you are not seeing this prompt, it means you are logged in with a PlayStation Network account already tied to an EA account and you can skip to step 4.
c) At the on-screen keyboard, enter your account's email address.
d) Repeat the process to enter your Password.
e) Press the Triangle button to Log-In.
Note: Some users are not being prompted to log in to their account and are not seeing their unlock items appear in the downloadable content menu. We believe this indicates that the EA account tied to your PlayStation Network account is not the EA account used to play Dragon Age Journeys. We are investigating solutions, but have no estimate on when we will have a solution for those users. We apologize for the inconvenience.
4) Select the 'Downloadable Content' option from the Main Menu.
5) The Dragon Age: Origins Unlock item will now appear in the Available Content tab and say 'Purchased'.
6) Select that item with the Direction Pad or Left Analog Stick Up/Down. You will see a detailed description on the right hand side of the window.
7) Press the X button to 'Download' the item. The game will exit to the PlayStation Network Store.
8) Review the details and press the X button to select the 'Download' option. And again at the next screen. Wait for the content to complete downloading before proceeding.
9) Once the download is complete, keep pressing the Circle button to Back out of the PlayStation Network store. Once you exit the PlayStation Network Store, the game will automatically restart.
10) At the Main Menu of the game, select the Downloadable Content option. You should now notice that the content you just downloaded now says 'Downloaded'.
11) To play this content, return to the Main Menu and start a New Game, Resume your last game, or Load a previous save game.
12) Your Unlock item will automatically appear in your Party Inventory.
On the Microsoft Xbox 360
1) Make sure that you have earned Dragon Age:
Origins Unlocks by playing Dragon Age Journeys while signed into an EA online account
a) If you have not earned Unlocks, you can play Dragon Age Journeys at www.dragonagejourneys.com.
2) Make sure you have an Xbox LIVE account, and that you are logged into that account on your Xbox 360 system.
3) If you have not previously linked your Gamertag to your EA account, you will automatically be prompted by the game to log in to your EA account. If you are not prompted to log in to your EA account, this indicates that your Gamertag is already tied to your EA account, and you can skip to step 4.
a) The prompt to Log in will automatically appear after loading the game..
c) At the on-screen keyboard, enter your account's email address.
d) Repeat the process to enter your Password.
e) Press the Y button to Log-In

9) After successfully downloading and installing the content, select 'Continue' to return to the Downloadable Content screen. You should notice the content now says 'Downloaded'.
10) To play this content, return to the Main Menu and start a New Game, Resume your last game, or Load a previous save game.
11) Your Unlock item will automatically appear in your Party Inventory.
