Basically as in the title - assuming that you wouldn't want the smart thing done of leaving the Reaper's motivations ambiguous or only hinting at them, and considering that most agree that the Reapers as portrayed in ME3 do not gel with their portrayals in ME1 and 2, what motivation would YOU give them?
Take in mind, of course, all the times we've conversed with them in 1 and 2.
What do YOU think should be the Reapers' motivation?
