Fighting the Giant Reaper in ME3. When everything went slowmo I thought Shepard was done for. The dialogue right after that fight is one of the most memorable in the series. Suicide mission was epic, mission on Palaven just because of the beautiful scenery, and many many more. Dammit now I wanna go replay the trilogy lol

Virmire as it had the best convo with a reaper..well heck...Sovvie was the best Reaper you interacted with in the whole freaking series in a game about defeating reapers and he dies at the end of ME1.
