Was playing a match on Firebase Dagger against Geth when this happened:

Started happening around wave 7 and continued getting worse till it froze, which is what the screenshot is of.  I could hear the Xbox Guide pop up when I hit the home button, but couldn't see it as the screen stopped refreshing.

I have had this issue before, but it was not exclusive to ME. The problem stems from the xbox itself. After putting it in a vertical stand and hooking up an intercooler, I haven't had the issue since.

Note : same issue with the PS3 system, and various games.
