Please Bioware, enough with the autodialogue. There's just too much autodialogue in the game, but that can't be fixed anymore unless they remake the entire game. In future DLCs, though, they could give us a lot more dialogue choice and maybe even some neutral choices, which were completely absent from ME3. Just let us choose what we want to say in the DLCs.
