Yes, I think having more lively taverns would definitely make for a more enjoyable, (and more realistic) game. For those of you that have visited the local pub/bar you know all the unexpected and crazy stuff that can happen there-lol. People barf/pass out, get in fights, strip naked and dance on tables, etc.
