A thought about a future DLC.

Sten has been lying all along.  His main quest is not to seek out and destroy darkspawn wherever they exist, and this is not the reason he's in Ferelden.

You see, Sten is seeking his bastard darkspawn son.  He is wicked, deranged, ugly, and stupendously strong with magical powers inherited from his mother.  Sten knows he must find and hopefully stop his son before...

The story would take us into Quanari land.

And Bioware...take it away.

Also, I don't find Sten nearly compelling enough to be the centerpiece of his own DLC.

Really? I find Sten to be by far the most compelling NPC in the game!



In regards to this idea though, I'll just quote Sten.

I still want a DLC with squid aliens who crash land on fereldon and have loads of technology but still use swords and shields to fight.



Every RPG has there variant of squid people. I do not think DA:O should be any different.

At one point in a Sten convo I got the impression that he wasn't there to fight Darkspawn so much as he was there to see how Fereldens fought Darkspawn. Checking out tactics for the next invasion, as it were.
