Who would like Shepard back in a future mass effect?

As much as I love Shepard I would like to see a new cast and that is tough for me because I love every squadmate from the series except Kaiden. I never liked him. I wish I could have gotten to know Kasumi better though

To be honest , they have the chance to allow us to play more races in the next iteration, kinda like DAO , but I would not mind to continue as Shepard also. Whatever they choose to do, im gonna support it, if its a traditional ME game.

I'd like to hear some heroic stories from other races around the galaxy. The "human" story arc is over so to speak.

No.
Shepard is over with in my book. My choices and Shepard's sacrifices would be cheapened if he just returns yet again. I'd rather he be a tragic hero, than be yet another Marvel's Jean Grey / Phoenix. (Stay dead, for eff's sake, otherwise your matyrdom is pointless).
I'd rather see new blood. And I'd rather Shepard just took his place in the universe as "awesome lore".

I would like some more games set far in the future, where there is a new threat to the galaxy. Mentions and small tie ins to the previous trilogy could be implemented. (statue of Shepard, references to him and his crew, Krogans talking about the legends of Mordin and the genophage that sort of thing.

With Shep's story over in ME 3, future tales of Shep after ME 3 don't seem likely. So far, In the BioWare games I have played, they have never revisited any of the protagonists after the end, and I don't expect BioWare to change that pattern any time soon..
I wouldn't mind a Shep prequel up to the finale where Shep first becomes a hero, survivor, etc, but anything after the ME 3 story just wouldn't make much sense short of implementing the idea of 'Indoctrination Theory'.
For future tales, if there are to be any, I'd rather see things two to three hundred years in the future. However, even that would likely mean a retcon of the ME 3 endings no matter how far into the future it would be set in..

I think Shepard did what had to be done and will be part of history so someone else should continue.
Edit:
No prequels.

No, I would pefer a new character.
Shepard (if alive) could have an appearance though, taking into account his/her paragon/renegade score, LI and some choices to determine what lines (s)he'll say and give some closure.

Yes I would like his story continued but more I would like the squadmates continued
.
Failing that, references through the game to the series.
Lot of depth and great stories here, why waste them all. - Shepherds Son/Daughter come to mind.

I prefer getting a Mass Effect 3 in-game editor so we can continue on the legacy of Shepard in our own ways.
I wouldn't mind however if Shepard was featured in a cameo in a future Mass Effect video game.

As much I would love to play Shepard once again, he needs to rest, and has earned it. He should settle down with Tali on Rannoch.
I do hope that they make a sequal that isn't to far into the future. Imagine playing Mass Effect 4 and meeting Shepard that acts like the Shep you created by importing your savegame.

There is no Mass Effect without Commander Shepard.

I don't like to say that, but its time to move on. I will rather see, that Shepard ended like a hero than like Ezio in AC. Its much better to see that he can practically become a god(reaper one) or even survive. And i´d like to see another game in the future, no prequels. The Milky Way is a huge galaxy and potential for mass effect series is big, so why waste it on Shepard ?

My Shep retired with Liara after being rescued from the Citadel. Delegate whatever next big thing is to someone else please.

No more Shep. He/she did enough. Let him/her rest in peace.

Nope! While it's sad to have an ending to a character I've enjoyed for almost 8 years, it's tome to make way for more games. I mean, how can you beat saving the universe any way? Have a DLC where he meets squad mates in Rio for drinks?

A Garrus fps set during the time he was Archangel on Omega would be sweet, though.
You could even make it an ME style squad based rpg/shooter, but there'd only be one ending: Garrus, alone with the bodies of his team and his favourite sniper rifle, in a final stand against the combined arms of Omega's most dangerous mercenary troops.

ME without Shepard is not ME, but... I like more Shep in ME3 DLCs.
In future ME - I want to meet her/him, hear the stories or meet her/his crew members. Maybe help in some mission or something. Like that.
But I cant say, I would not play more Shepard if that happends:) This is my favorite character of all games.

Imo, Shepard is the soul of Mass Effect, one of the greatest hero of video game (maybe the greatest). For people who played the 3 games like me, I think that Shepard is a part of us. So, a new game with Shepard would be very welcome.

It'd be cool to see him make a cameo appearence somewhere if you picked Destroy, but other than that, no. Bioware said he'd be done after his trilogy, and I expect to see that statement stand.

I loved Shepard. But her story has been told. Let us explore another aspect of the ME universe.
