If using the crucible caused a rift in the material of time-space that makes Shep to pop up in an alternate reality... I'd buy it.

It'd be cool to see him make a cameo appearence somewhere if you picked Destroy, but other than that, no. Bioware said he'd be done after his trilogy, and I expect to see that statement stand.

Agreed even when  Shepard was a great character and I'll still have fond memories of her/him.

I know what I would do. I not going to play a mass effect as anyone other than Shepard. Or maybe Garrus.

I will never play another dragon age after how terrible it was.

Not everyones like you.

Yet noone should never say never since there's still a strong possibilty of you still buying another ME and DA game based on your feelings.   A perfect example of that happened with L4D2 while you're better off not using never especially when you said Garrus could change your mind.

I'd like to see what happened to Shepard after his\\her choices, maybe as a cameo, or a piece of history to explain what happened to him/her afterwards.

If I was him and survived what Shepard went through (especially ME2), I would quit and get on with an as normal could be life with the LI.

Mhmm...The normandy ends up a museum. Shepard ends up buying a whole neighborhood for the team and crew, and live happily ever after.

On Rannoch.

With Tali.

I would love to see ME4 made with Shepard, can't imagine a mass effect without shepard as the lead character, just doesn't feel right...

No. But I think it'd be a nice easter egg type thing if Shepard is mentioned in another game that takes place in the Mass Effect Universe.

*sigh* As much as I hate to say it, no. Just let ME die with what little shreds of dignity it has left and let my bb have the rest she deserves.

As a cameo, yes, absolutely, as the main character, no, absolutely not, Shepards story has ended, time for a new hero.

I want my Turian main character, make it happen Bioware.

I love the Mass Effect characters and would be very happy to see more of them, Shepard included obviously (provided the game was worth it) but honestly it would make more sense to start over with a new story and new characters. Realistically speaking another game with them would be a mistake.

Nah, for some of us it would cheapen her sacrifice or whatever at the end, and for the others of us...

It would just angry up the blood.

It's time for a new hero whose first name was forgotten by history.

New story, move on.  Maybe go back and do stories about his/her earlier days in the Alliance, but come on...having more stories after the end of the reaper war that revolve around Shepard would be silly--you can't really top saving the galaxy and affecting the evolution of all life.  What would the game be--Shepard: Retired in Rio: Beach Volleyball?

They could do more rebuilding stories after the end of the war revolving around the secondary characters, and maybe have Shepard show up if he/she survived destroying the reapers...but you'd need four radically different storylines depending on what ending you chose.  I don't see them selling four different games as one game.

Give it a rest, let them come up with their vision for Mass Effect and show it to us.  Take it or leave it, but I'd prefer that they don't change their development schedule to try and please everyone.  In my opinion, they've created a great story and I'd like them to continue doing that without us amateurs trying to tell them what to do.
