From the past two games , all the Human nations didn't feel really Unique in terms of characters from the repsective countries.CLOTHING AND ARMOUR!. Is really important the culture of these kingdoms in refelected in characters clothing for example in mark of the assasssin bioware did a brilliant job expressing the high clas snobby culture through the masks and fine clothing of the Orlesians. So for example if we go to Tevinter make their soldiers and population look reflective of that cutlure that is a very dark non humoured one. Don't just copy and past armours from other nations soldiers and civilians unto the next.
Something i think is important for DA3 and Future games.

Realistically, they need 10+ armor skins for each class (30 total) added to maybe 10 pieces of clothing (40) and maybe another 10 clothes/armors for bosses/special enemies, and all this added to non-human mobs who need to be outfitted as well.
The reason you see so many armor sets recycled, but with different colours is because it's very time consuming to make an armor with male and female versions and a custom skin that doesn't screw up any animations and moves in the right ways.
