this is the second time this happened. In the middle of the game, unable to shoot. Normally happens around Wave 8.

The way I got out of it was through heavy melee, then I was fine

I've had this happen as well, along with the ability to fire but with no damage, vanishing weapon, and refusal for my character to add ammo for the rest of the match, (by loose clips or equipment).

Yeah I've had the same full-on issue as Auralius. Had to quit the match as I was such a detriment to the team.

While it happened, most enemies ignored me (but those who didnt could still dmg me)

I haven't had this happen but twice I've encountered a bug whereby the weapons/powers bar doesn't respond to the mouse. It's just static and you can't select anything. The game pauses a normal but the bar itself is just non-responsive. The only way you can get out of it is either to get killed and resume or load from an earlier save point.

yeah this is what I pretty much experienced. I think I had to cover-melee to get it work again or hit the esp button...

cant remember. anyway, on MP, it sucks cause you're in a tight situation and BAM you cant shoot at the phantom/atlas/maurder/cannibals all firing bullets at you

I only play single player myself as I'm nowhere near good enough to play online.

Thank you! someone else has had this issue.  Also, I couldn't climb ladders, activate objectives, or revive my teammates.  All I could do was run around and try to distract the enemy (which didn't work because they just ignored me!)

Lost events can jam things up. Sometimes death and revive works to fix it, sometimes not.

Same problem here: in Wave 7 Platinum. Could not fire weapon, or switch back from the rocket launcher to the weapon. Reviving, grabbing, melee worked, but nothing suggested above resolved the glitch.
