Stop pretending that Destroy and Refuse are allies.  Destroy is a very common sense approach that uses the crucible and ends the war, refuse is just moronicaly stubborn.  Destroy might not get along with control or synthesis that much but at least he shares a common goal with his crucible brethren unlike that stubborn fool refuse.

It's not common sense for your enemy to say "shoot this tube to destroy me".  It makes even less sense for us to believe that shooting starbingers tube will cause the enemy to roll over and die.

Oh yeah?  Well good luck SEEING any of those doctors, with all the war casualties and over-eager Quarians getting sick from Rannoch Nude Beaches and such.  With Synthesis, that's no problem, because there's like a bajillion doctors, as every mechanic is now also an experienced physician.  I just came back from my doctor down at the dealership, in fact.  Had to take my ass in for servicing (recall notice said it could burst into flame in a low speed collision).
