Okay, so my questions is:

Please let me know if your answer is for hardened Alistar or non-hardened Alistar (I'm unsure if I'm going to harden him yet)

Can you:
a) Make Alistar King, Marry Him (as a female noble) and still have him do the ritual with Morrigan.
B) Is there ANY way of keeping Loghain alive if you make Alistar king and yourself queen having hardened Alistar.

I'm on my second play-though and I made a human noble for the ONLY reason of marrying Alistar myself.
I would like to keep Loghain alive because I'd like to get the all characters acheivement but it's secondary to marrying Alistar myself.

Lastly, are there different concequences for marrying Alistar (as king) if he is hardened as opposed to unhardened?

Basically, I would *like* to harden Alistar so I can have the threesome with Isabel at The Pearl, and I AM going to make him king and marry him, and I would *like* to keep loghain alive to take the fall, OR have morrigan take the fall with the ritual.

Help?

There is no point in marrying Alistar/choosing that path if one of us is still going to be sacrificed at the end o.O

Yes, just persuade him,, and you even can marry him while not romancing him at all.

No, you must decide to have Loghain before marrying Alistair, so Alistair will leave if Loghain alive. He will leave the party if marrying Anora. In anyway way, if Loghain alive, Alistair leave. (meaning he hate you for it)

Lastly, are there different concequences for marrying Alistar (as king) if he is hardened as opposed to unhardened?

No visible differences

Thank you!

I had heard though...that if you marry Alistar and make him king he leaves your party - so how do you get him to do with ritual with Morrigan if he isn't in the party?

The other thing that I heard is that it's harder to get him to agree to marry you and not break up with you if he IS hardened? ...and that if he is hardened he might break up with you over both being grey wardens and needing an heir?

No, he will not leave your party if you marry him and kill Loghain, he will leave the party no matter what if Loghain live.

You can persuade him to do the ritual with Morrigan, it is because this plot taken place after the landsmeet, so meaning you already make decision regarding Loghain and regarding marrying Alistair. It is only 3 character will sleep with Morrigan that are Male Warden, Alistair or Loghain.

You can stop his whining about an heir just saying "let not get over ourselves already", and he's stop whining....no matter hardened or not, he will whining about that.

In one of my playthrough, i don't romance him, and i ditch him out, breaking the romance. But i use persuasion to become his queen, lol just max coercion is enough.

Awesome, I'm happy that the course I am heading down is going to work. Thank you! In my last playthough I didn't find out til about half way through that I couldn't marry Alistar (I was a circle mage) and so I did another play through to marry him. So glad there will be little difficulty in acheiving this. Thanks for your comments!
