I have problems with video and color during the extended cut scenes. The control ending was purple, and in the synthesis, and destroy ending the video gets stuck on a frame during the normandy fleeing from the energy pulse. Its seems to freeze on a frame while you can somewhat see something else going on in the background with different colors. It's hard to explain. Has anyone else had this happen?

It maybe the EC dlc was corrupted during download. If this is the case, you will need to delete it and redownload. Also, does this only happen during the EC or other parts of the game?

Had the same problem as well and also an audio sync problem during the cut scene.
