Help..?
EDIT: In my Mass Effect 2 'Save' folder, all three characters are still there. However, the files themselves are empty save the character that was pushed backwards.

Had two completed characters and one part way through. I just bought Overlord tonight and installed it. When I relaunched the game, one of my completed characters was gone, the character which I had part way through the game was gone and my other completed character was push all the way back to the first mission on Omega. I know this cause all three characters had different names.
Help..?

Did you use the exact same log in details when buying Overlord as when you bought the game?

How was it installed? Steam? Origin? Manual download and installed to a retail copy?

I have purchased it and installed it through Steam. Bought Overlord from here and installed it. Mind you, it's the same way I installed every other dlc I have for ME2 (Got all of them save the appearance packs)
