Is this what happens when you get 100% approval?
At least i hope that is what it means

With Alistair, you can harden him after his personal quest with Goldanna. Simply tell him that everyone is out for themselves.
With Leliana, after her personal question, tell her that she was born to be an assassin and doesn't need the Maker.

Changes the endings. Can also affect Alistair during the landsmeet. Also lets you have a foursome with Leliana and a threesome with Alistair.
