That this guy likes to play the pre-nerf infiltrator while hating vanguards for "stealing his kills" or topscoring him.
I never complained about anyone "stealing a kill" , there is nothing like "stealing a kill" in this game since it isn't competitive. Raising the cooldown for biotic charge will balance the game and maybe make players think twice before getting killed by the overuse of the charge-nova combo.
Infiltrators were powerfull , but the 8 second tactical cloak was a part of the teamwork usefulness . I'm fine with the damage nerf but 50% less duration is harsh.
I don't really care about score but find vanguard very rarely above mine in Mp , can't remember even one occurence actually.
You on the other end sound like someone who doesn't like having his "kill stolen" by an infiltrator.
