If it's supposed to be something like seconds per frame then .05ms would be fine, but as that's 2000hz/fps then you won't find any monitors with that.
If you're dealing with a 7600 then I wouldn't worry about response or delay or anything like that as you're probably used to a relatively low framerate anyway. - "true enough"

In that case any will do, from the published numbers you can't tell what the quality is like. For example, a 2ms TN screen isn't naturally any faster than a 5ms one but the 2ms signifies that it features something called Overdrive or RTC. This can make the picture change faster but if badly tuned causes more problems than it solves and always adds to display lag.
Contrast is always 1000:1 on monitors these days and both 'dynamic contrast' and viewing angle figures are meaningless.
The only parts of the specification that are worth looking at is which connectors it's got and how adjustable then stand is, and even then it's often tricky to find out how far down the height adjustment goes.
