Well the ones I don't use:

Predator (finger ache), arc pistol (same),
Shuriken, locust, GPSMG, Hornet (yuck),
Mattock (finger ache), falcon (boring), vindicator,
Katana, Eviscerator, Scimitar, Disciple (used to like it, but poor damage), Graal (use it very rarely),
Every single sniper rifle, except the Javelin on the odd occasion for fun.

Is it only me or does anyone regularly use an smg besides the hurricane?
I'm guessing since they're so light plus the option of ultralight mats would be op of they got something like a global 20% damage boost.
Maybe if the ulm mod carried a damage reduction it would balance out a damage buff?

The collector assault rifle . Out of the rest, probably the Scorpion. I think I'm the only person I've seen use it, and I use it rarely. I see all of the sniper rifles, although the rapid fire ones are pretty uncommon. Since the boss headshot nerf, the Kishock is now pretty rare. The shuriken is probably the most uncommonly used SMG despite being the most commonly acquired.

Most of the weapons, even the ones rarely used can be used to good effect, however. For example, I have a screenshot saved where I was No.1 in a gold match using the Phaeston as my primary weapon. Granted, that was on a Turian soldier but most of the weapons can shine when placed in the hands of an appropriate class/player. The falcon, while difficult to top the charts with, is a great weapon for the team, it allows a single player to lock down an entire spawnpoint of nonbosses or guard a troublesome area. There are only a handful of weapons I consider genuinely bad.

Strangely, I never see the Eviscerator either, even though its highly accurate, good power and pretty light.

Never see any shotgun except GPS and Claymore really.

Falcon is great, it's one of the best guns in the game IMO. It's great for making tech bursts, 100% stagger on non-boss enemies, including the pesky phantoms. Great caster weapon, especially if you use the recharge speed gears and equipment. Don't get why people don't use it more. I see the striker occasionally.

^This.  I've recently mained it on my QFE with Cryo/Incendiary Ammo and been destroying everything in my path without question.  Cryo is for pure Crowd Control and Incendiary is for One Man Armying.  Zero complaints here.

Regardless I still miss my old Kishock.

The Saber SHOULD NOT be on any "crap list" EVER. Unless that person is a complete Bob or Newb.

The Saber has higher DPS than the Valiant. And with an 8 shot clip. That's beyond good.

The 3 guns that I underlined in your post SHOULD NOT be on a crap list.
Those are quite possibly the THREE MOST OVERPOWERED GUNS in the ENTIRE GAME.
Why the hell would those be on your list?

An Asari Adept can get a 200% cooldown with a Carnifex X and a Paladin X. Pointing out that the only use of the Predator is that it gives a 200% cooldown is not a strength of the weapon. Many weapons can be equiped and maintain high cooldown times.

I use the scorpion as a secondary for my indirect fire-specced Turian Soldier (for FBWGG).  [His primary weapon is a Falcon]...Yes that means that I'm worthless if an enemy closes to melee range.

Eviscerator (High delay between shots)

Sniper Rifles:
Incisor (no comment)
Raptor (-> see Incisor)
Kishock Harpoon Gun (I don't like weapons which need to be charged up)

Completely agree. Very good weapon. Monstrously good, in fact.

Oh, that was a very long time ago.  Well, two years, but my tastes have changed very much.  Not that I was that into progressive, I just liked the name because it made me sound better than I actually was.

And I keep hearing that the Carnifex fires faster, weighs less, and does roughly the same amount of damage as the 
Saber.  I haven't bothered to see for myself, since I don't have the Saber and feel that a comparison between a Carnifex 10 and a Saber 4 is unfair.

Also, this is not any sort of crap list or list of weapons that I don't use. It's merely a compilation of weapons that I tend not to see, or otherwise don't notice. It's completely independent of overall usefulness; the games that I play just don't see these weapons as often, or at all.

All of these, plus the Graal.  I used to see it a lot, but I haven't seen anyone using it in a long time.  Predator is also pretty rare.

That's all that's left of your list when I think of what I have seen (Though I am certain that there are more that were not on your list that I don't see but can't remember).  This is mostly because I love messing around with guns and finding good matches with classes for them.  I have even given the incisor a few go's.

In the past month, I have not seen more then one person use the Raptor (Me,) and I have not seen anyone who isn't me use the scimitar. The locust has ceased its existence. The Incisor is dead. The Vindicator has appeared once out of all the pugs I have seen. The Shuriken never existed. The Avenger is missing. The Katana is missing. The Mantis is gone. The GPSMG doesn't get used despite the fact that there is no reason not to. Only glitchers have used the striker. The Falcon is me exclusive. The Hornet is ???.

The Desciple has appeared a shocking number of times though.

Ultimately, the OP is rather close to home.
