Hello
I made a quick research and didnt find anything that could help me, so im writting this post. Today I noticed that on my profile screen of Dragon Age Bioware social (where You can see you character), i got a plenty of "messages":

You must confirm your password before proceeding:

Its on the image of your character lvl (left side of screen)
above the 2 recent achievements on the main profile page
below character name..
and in many many more places on the same page.
Secondly instead of "Go back to profile" button, or sth like that, I can see "You are too young" button.
Now my question is.. did I messed up something, or maybe this is just some kind of a bug?
Just to add.. I have my account for about a month or more, this is first time that this problem occured, I did not use any "forgot password" service. I tried to change my password, nothing new happened. The same messages all the time. Anyone got a clue how to solve this puzzle? ;))
Just in case someone dont understand me.. Im sorry but English is not my first language

I'm not seeing this when I view your profile logged in or logged out. What is your browser and version? Could you provide a screenshot of this?

Im using Mozilla Firefox (3.5.5). All was fine before, this.. lets call it glitch occured today.
Here are the links for screenshots..

http://img44.imagesh...09/86295658.jpg

I cut them a lil bit to save on jpg size.  I can see that on other profiles as well. I tried to logout / login - none worked. Deleted all cookies from browser, didnt help either.

Edit: I dont know if that counts, but from some time I dont see Tab with patches on the list that is on the left side. I know it was there before. If im not wrong it was in "My Games". Now I can see only Register games, and my registered Game, which is DAO : PC

Edit2: I checked after logout. All the same, still have "You must confirm.." all over the place, and You are too young button.

Just for safety's sake, I'd check your computer for malware. Assuming you have some form of Windows, I'd start with rebooting into Safe mode (to clear things out). Then, boot back into normal mode and run a full anti-virus check. When that's done, try clearing your browser's cookies, history, cache, etc..

Yes i im using Windows. Done that allready, no viruses found etc. Ive seen similar thread on some polish forum.. Not on Bioware, but it was about bioware social. People didnt find solution either.
Cookies, history etc were allready deleted earlier.

No its set to Polish :) I dont mind English but sometimes its quite nice to read sth in your mother language if You know what I mean :)
Anyway.. Polish language wasnt an obstacle before.. so i doubt it would now cause this problem

We have identified and fixed the root cause of this problem. This will not fix crazy translations and out of place sentences, words or paragraphs, but it will prevent this from happening again.

"You must confirm password" just dissapeared.. but I still have "You are to young" button instead of "go back" or sth like that.

So problem wasnt on my side. Im happy for that :) What about that You are too young button? ;)

And if You could tell me, what happened to the DAO patch tab, that I had some time ago in My Games (I guess it was there..)
Now i have to manually search for patch posts/threads.

Your EA account believes you to be younger than 18. You cannot change this setting.

And are you getting this when attempting to view others' profiles, but not your own?

Im getting this "inside" profile. So like I said, instead of Go Back or sth like that button, that was on top of the page, there is "You are too young." button. It makes the same, loads previous page.. But im wondering why it states "You are to young" (which is statement IMHO), and its not Go back or similar.
And its inside my profile, and other profiles as well.

If I understand correctly, when attempting to view somebody else's profile, there is a message telling you that "you are too young," and clicking on it takes you back to the last viewed page, yes? Do you get this when attempting to view your own profile as well? If so, it is indeed because the EA account thinks you're not 18+ years old -- which, unfortunately, it seems you can do nothing about (short of perhaps contacting EA support; I don't believe anyone with this problem has tried that).

No mate :) Check third post in this thread. There are screenshots there. Im talking about button on the top of the page. I can see profile, mine as well as others too. Something just messed with name of the button, that earlier states Go Back or similar, and now states "You are too young."

Check the screenshots ;) Like I said on the beginning, sometimes its quite hard to explain something in language that is not your first :)

Sorry about that, I missed the second screenshot before.

I think it's a poor, or simply lacking, translation. Does the button (always) take you to this page? Everything shows and works as expected on my end, but several of the available languages (drop-down bottom right) seem to have the exact same problem you're experiencing.

[Edit]
Yes, this is what Jeff meant in his second post. Nothing is broken, the text just isn't translated properly.

It means that this issue can not be fixed for people that had the problem before ? <_<

Isn't there any solution for us ? :(
