Personally I authorised it because it was such a hassle to get through all that dialogue to get the option and I wasn't going to miss out on finding out what happened.

I don't even have words. -_-

I guess it depends of  if you are role-playing your way through the game, or just want to experience the world fully, and see what happens when you choose different things.  Personally, I like to play any RPG completely through, mistakes and all (unless by "mistake", you mean, "accidentally clicking on the wrong dialogue option").  I then might go back and try other options in my huge collection of save files - which BTW is one of the interface features I dislike about ME - I can't name my saves...

I'd forgotten about this. If you're wondering what Hillary looked like listen to the couple standing against the rail when you first go out into the Presidium open area.

I don't think this one ends badly; at least on PC it has absolutely no effect for me, she doesn't even leave the docking bay. But if you notice, the Sanctum N7 mission has terminals with journal entries from her indoctrinated brother, C. Talavi, meaning you already killed him long before she even wants a transfer.

I think there are only two Spectre requests with a bad ending. The other is the private who wants to be reassigned to fight Reapers instead of Cerberus.

The unit that she was supposed to serve with loses something like 3 war asset points due to understaffing.  You should see the change in that unit's readiness.

**EDIT: masseffect.wikia says -4 war asset to the ALliance Third Fleet.

In the hospital on the Citadel, you can overhear a conversation between an Asari soldier and a therapist. The soldier explains how an event with the reapers and a human family left her traumatized.

One of the decisions you can make in the Spectre office is to issue her a gun permit. How does this play out?

Uh oh! What have I done.Image IPB

I just blindly authorised every request on the Spectre requisitions terminal without reading!

Damn it!Image IPB
