Can't download/install Extended Cut

 Hello all,

 I completed ME3 soon after launch, and now that I've replayed ME and ME2, my arrival back at ME3 coincides with the release of the Extended Cut, which is nice.

 However, I can't seem to get it to work. I have the deluxe edition, which I purchased, pre-release, from Gamersgate and activated it with Origin. I downloaded and installed From Ashes through Origin and that worked fine.

 But it's not working with the DLC I downloaded recently - namely resurgence, rebellion and the extended cut. When I went to the ME3 addon page and "purchased" these 3, no downloads started but all of them appeared in my personal "add ons and bonuses" section for ME3 in my Origin client. But unlike From Ashes (and the other Extended Edition downloadables) it does not say "installed" next to them, but "ready to install". 

 When I click this button, it takes me to the ME3 installer - and asks me to provide a product code for ME3. Well, I only have one - the one I used to activate it. I am asked to:

 
 "Enter the product code for Mass Effect™ 3 to begin the installation process. By activating your code you can access your game anytime, anywhere - even if you lose your disc." 

My ME3 is evidently activated as it launches properly through Origin, I can play online, and it even displays my correct product code in my Origin client. 

 So, just to see if it'd work I put in my ME3 product code (the one from Gamersgate but that is also displayed in my Origin) but get the predictable message of
 
 "This code has already been used".

 What can I do? Obviously I could simply d/l it from a torrent site (seeing as by all rights I should have it) but would prefer to resolve this with less stigmatised, more legitimate methods...

I'd also like to add that I opened a ticket about this issue with EA, but it's 3 days later and I've had no reply.

Nobody has any ideas..? EA finally got back to me but suggested a course of action that had no effect at all...

I have the same problem with my PS3 I cant even find it on my records but I did download it. any news from EA?
