6): Reject: There's literally no point to this option. Not sure if you guys didn't realize it, but the next cycle wins using the Crucible, and presumably chooses Synthesis since that's BioWare's pet ending.

Did Bioware confirm this? If so, that makes no sense. Liara's hologram states that the Crucible doesn't work, so why would the next cycle try something that, according to all data they have (i.e. Liara's testimony), cannot save them?

If Bioware did confirm this, then i reject their reasoning (Ha! See what I did there?). Shepard says no, Starbrat throws a hissy fit, and the next cycle gets the warning in time/ the Reapers have been weakened sufficiently that the cycle ends, giving the new civilisations a chance to live in peace. I win, screw you, Bioware.

Yep, Mike Gamble confirmed it on twitter.  But it's not in-game so I just conveniently ignore it.

The less Space Magic you need to explain an ending, the more structurally sound said ending becomes.

Then Mike Gamble is a fool. We should eat him.

In other news, Bioware is making no effort to restore my faith in their ability. Its pretty bad when I have to ignore everything that comes out of their mouths to make the game just about palatable.

To be exact... it is not even the next cycle, it is some future cycle. Even worse so...

My Shepard stopped listening to the catalyst when he started blathering on about synthesis cause the whole concept is just freaking crazy and she'd just had a big argument with TIM about why control is a bad idea and she wasn't about to get into that again. She was just waiting for the game to let her shoot the stupid tube so she could go home.

If they get warning in time, trying to fix or improve previous cycle's Crucible designs, is pretty obvious first step, like this cycle added to the Crucible designs of previous cycle.

High EMS Destroy
High EMS Paragon Control
Refusal

Endings I'd never go for: Anything low EMS. Anything involving Synthesis.

Jessica Merizan also said that the Normany crashed on Mars in the original endings. I dont believe in anything they say on twitter.
The EC was made to clarify everything. If they wanted to use the Crucible they would have put in there in the first place.
Or Bioware failed again. Whichever you like most.

I don't get it. Does the Refuse ending change depending on your EMS?

Not currently, but it should.  Check out the link to the other thread that I posted.

If it's just something you made up, you really shouldn't include it in a list like that.
