Destroy.
Control.
Refusal seems like a really petty "**** you" to all the people who questioned why Shepard wouldn't just refuse to play by the Catalysts rules. Well, now you can. And it kills everyone you care about in the universe. Cheers.
Synthesis is pretty much the worst thing ever... of all time.

Screw high/low EMS.
1) Destroy. The Reapers die like we wanted, I spit in the face of the Catalyst's dumb logic, and all that is lost are a few computers that can be rebuilt.
2) Control. I control the Reapers and use them for my means. The Catalyst is gone, but the Reapers are still around, I bow to the Illusive Man's logic, and there's always the possibility that the Catalyst just lied and is waiting to retake control or something.
3) Reject. The Reapers get their asses handed to them in a way we couldn't achieve.
4) Synthesis. I give in to the Catalyst's stupid logic. The end.
