I just played an MP game that was odd. I joined after the game had started but still in Wave 1. My natural instinct in these cases is to find the players in already and link up but I couldn't locate the other players. They clearly were there as baddies were dying and stuff but I couldn't find them. No big worry but I noticed something weird about Wave 3. It was a hack objective and I move to the zone which is already active but...there's noone there? My screen shows "1 player hacking" but the bar is moving much faster than that. It then occurs to me hit escape and check to see if I'm alone...which I am. Yet bad guys are clearly shooting at something other than me.
It goes on for the rest of the game like this. I can't see the other squadmates but the game reacts like they're there. I get revived when I drop, objectives are completed not by me, etc. Once the game gets to Extraction, I finally hear player voices in my headset.
Anyone else ever have this happen?

Something similar happened to me couple of times. Most common glitch during the games, in my case, are objectives, eg there is a hack objective and activate/deactivate devices icons are in top corner. Disappearing squad mates happens as well. If that's one odd game for you, don't be worried. All sorts of bugs and glitches are the scourge of MP, so from time to time you will encounter weird things.
