Was able to get back on and it dropped again before any enemies spawned on wave 1...BW I'd like my equipment back, kthx.

This appears to be global, so no, most server issues wouldn't get a lot of attention - especially since so many issues blamed on EA servers are actually down to individual connections to individual hosts.
