I completed the first task and I need to find Prince Bohelen again,  but I can't find him anywhere, I checked in the assembly but the doors are locked and the guy wont let me in.I did all steps required, wont post what I did here.I've been running around this city for hours now.I really do not WANT to have to delete my character and start a new.

I have googled and googled and googled for his location and nothing comes up.

Wait... if I remember right, after the first task, you are supposed to return to Vartag Gavorn, who will then take you to Bhelen.

So maybe you've been looking for the wrong person?

If not, and this is some sort of a bug, then have you fully patched up the game with the most recent patch? There were some game stopping glitches with the orzammar quests, that you might run into, as I remember, with an unpached game, but I think they were fixed with patches.

Have you already met Bhelen? If you need to speak to him again, he's in the palace, not the assembly hall.

Try going into your quest journal and making the quest your active quest, which should point you in the right direction.
