razzy (razerath) did great for what i believe was his second time doing speed runs, and was very chill + easy to get along with. all the teachers in the group, if you see him on,help him out; he's fun to have around, and eager to learn.

I had a great time . I'm very new to structured speed runs that is true ( I think I have played three sessions with this team ) however when I play/ed with my other friends it's our thing to run Glacier as fast as possible usually just by running and gunning. Spawn control was never really our thing but ...it should be though because it's so much fun!

I suppose I should say a little bit about myself. So everyone knows, at night ( Central Time ) between 11 or so until 7am I try to be as quiet as possible for my fiancee to sleep so you won't get as much conversation out of me as usual ( I can however vocalize game needs, that is not much of an issue ). You can mostly find me playing during those "quiet hours" but right about now is another time I am on quite a bit.

I like to main my GI. I have used it with a shotgun for a long time now and it is the best class for me. I have every other class and a decent manifest for what is needed and I can play them all.

With that all said I will be signing on in just a bit if anyone wants/needs a fourth or to start a lobby. I would prefer to run Glacier as it is my favorite map and I need the credits ( speed run tactics or not ) but if someone wants to do something else I am sooo OK with that too.

p.s. I am not a competitive person by nature and I certainly like to avoid conflict. As AreleX said I am pretty easy going and that is true. And if anyone ever needs anything, at all, feel free to get ahold me me here or on Xbox!

Edit: Working on getting MSN, my old-school brain doesn't like technology much so it's fairly alien to me sometimes.

I am just calling it quits for now. EA servers are acting up at least for me at the moment, may just be my connection though. Either way, I don't feel like dealing with it at the moment after I have already reset the router, so I am hoping offline for a while.

Sorry, in the last game I had to close my mic because a friend popped at my house... at 00.30am, yeah.
By the way, I feel really a noob with caster classes. The AA and AJ should be great classes, but in my hands they're pretty much useless. I really don't know how to use them correctly.

I had a fantastic evening playing with you guys and defleshing - thrills, spills, glitches and plenty of laughs thrown in for good measure.  It brings me genuine happiness every time we get in a lobby together.  Even losing my internet connection couldn't stop us.  Who'd have thought you could play this game using your phone as a portable wi-fi hotspot?  Also it makes me really happy to see how well the group pulls together, whether its helping a new member, teaching and learning or watching each other's backs when adversity strikes.  The game itself has become secondary to me, the primary reason I play is because of the people, you're all awesome and you should know you are.  Listen to me waxing lyrical here, sweet as.

Well I was going to have late night session, but I need my beauty sleep.  And I need to gather some strength for the three day gaming marathon I'm going to have.  Have fun all and I'll hopefully catch some of you for some games tomorrow.

Practice makes perfect! Keep working with those characters and you will get the hang of it in no time, just be sure to dodge often as both aren't tank characters nor do they have the benefit of going invisible to escape.

Those first couple games were brutal, but it definently got better.  Nothing like Vanguard glitching on wave 1.. :-/.  Anyway, hope to catch ya round.

I wonder if we synchronized our swatches and joined a game set for the same difficulty, map and enemy, if we'd be able to create a lobby that way...
One person could create the lobby to start out with.

I guess that my main problem is that I don't deal enough damage.
I need help with the weapon choice I think... In the last round with the AA I had the Geth SMG and the Eagle. Peashooters on gold :|

I'm quite used to the N7 paladin, but I didn't think that I could give it a spin on gold @ level 8.
Well, I did go down too much of course

My most used classes are:
Human Soldier (Concussive shot spam to keep the enemies at bay, long AR to deal with primes, atlases etc. and nades specced for damage) with the piranha (I don't have good assault rifles, I used the Revenant on bronze and silver)
Salarian Infiltrator (standard: Proxy mine debuff, short cloak and energy drain. It was suggested to me on this forum: amazing build, I like it a lot) and the piranha
N7 demolisher (AreleX build, but with 3 points on fitness instead of the 6th on homing granades) with the piranha and the scorpion
N7 Paladin (no incinerate, 6-0-6-6-6) with the piranha.
FQE with turred missile-based, Raptor X (weird, but I like it)
I use the piranha on almost everything :|

Give me hints! I promoted Sentinels and Vanguards, since I don't usually use them. Maybe with your suggestions I could find other characters to rock

Edit: I have all the characters except for the male quarians. Both.
