Also, to those of you who can record. What do you use and what are the price ranges on it? I don't want to make someone sit with me dead for my Gold solo I need to record, so I need to start looking into getting something.

Just leave the solo... spending money to prove someone wrong is pointless... just ignore anyone who doesn't DEBATE about multiplayer in the multiplayer forums...

I possibly hold the world record in getting Gooshed the fastest (ask Arelex if you don't believe me). It wouldn't be much of a challenge as I could sacrifice members of my team to the Goosh Gods and work on my soloing too.

It isn't about proving him wrong at this point. I worked my issues out with him via PM and told him I would still do the solo, simple as that. I don't go back on my word so I am still going to do it (it isn't that hard of a challenge either IMO, so I'd like to record one).

Fair enough, though I still don't know why you would. soloing is boring and tedious and paying money just to record something so boring seems pointless. Though ofcourse this would give us an extra PVR to record random stuff with.

Soon. We have a few recorded and need to work out which one(s) will be best to upload. This is a tutorial video after all, so the person recording has to be on balcony and wants to put on a good show to give you all the best idea you can get on running it.

Soloing is boring and tedious, but it is a matter of me not breaking my word at this point. I have also been interested in recording things for a while, but I only knew 1 person that recorded things before playing this game and his setup was way too expensive to be worth it.

I believe AreleX will probably be the cheapest, no offense to AreleX but his quality does speak for itself, still though the quality's not bad and given that his PvR has been a good year or two old by now it can only have gotten cheaper. It's a matter of finding it. Your best source would be Tatty, he's the most recent buyer so I'm sure he could help.

roxio capture cards are 70$ and easy to use.

to make this perfectly clear to all of you, i don't say things to command you guys or boss you around. i told you not to insult bahroo and optimist because the whole group would suffer because of it. it's not about me, it's about being considerate of your fellow groupmates. i simply didn't want the exact same situation we have going on now, where people invade our thread and start drama.
