Radius on Arc nades. And incinerate does fairly worthless damage (it's just for setting off TB's) and I like it to be spammy so I take the extra recharge speed on the 5th evo, not the bonus damage.

0/6/6/6/6 damage/electric/shield for arc, radius,burn damage,armor damage for incinerate. power damage for qurian skip the last spot for 3 in tact scan if you feel you need it, i never do. full defense, im just a scrub that dosnt know what i am talking about tho, so use my scrub build and tactics at your own risk!

Defleshing's build is what I use, just skip tactical scan everything dies quick enough anyway.

Probably because they're the only thing big and slow enough to have 100% accuracy with that. Try to hit a running phantom with the crusader... first time I used it I struggled killing things face to face. I'm too noob for this game.
It can definitely be unforgiving, that's for sure. Best used with a power against Phantoms to make em stand still. Then headshot.
