We are still finalizing the details for round 2. I'll make an announcement as soon as they are ready. Want to at least try and make sure nothing too tedious. I'm interested in what everyone thought about the first round stuff.

I enjoyed the set up of the first round. the dlc characters allowed for a pretty interesting team make up. Im pretty sure every team landed on the same 4 characters but sure there were slighty different weapon setups and builds. I like rules but nothing that is to restricting for just the sake of it. Also not hot about no rockets just makes the runs last longer and we have limited times when 4 people can be on.

The duo was fun and more challenging than I thought originally.

Ok here are the challenges for round 2

Full team challenge: Reapers/Goddess/Gold with 4 unique Asari, no rockets.

Side challenge: Collectors/Giant/Gold Bloodpack Trio with 1 Krogan, 1 Vorcha and 1 Batarian. 2 runs per team, one common player can be in both submitted runs to make it easier to get runs in.

Awesome times from round 1 looking forward to seeing what everyone does in the next round.

How do the times convert to standings after round 1? Is the team challenge worth as much as the side challenge?

I'd hope the main challenge is worth more, but I honestly don't remember.

Scoring system-

Full team: first place 8 points, second 6, third 4, fourth 2

Duo and Trio teams can submit more than 1 run (not using the same players (Trio 1 common player), best 2 duos per team eligible): 1st & 2nd 4 points, 3rd & 4th 3, 5th & 6th 2, 7th & 8th 1.

eagle challenge and most points are full team: 1st 4 points, 2nd 3, 3rd 2, 4th 1

There are no eliminations this time around. No stress of trying to squeeze out every last second. Team with the most points at the end of round 5 wins.

For events that are to be determined we want to get community feedback and put them to a vote. There are lots of ideas out there for characters and combinations.

/sigh.. sorry I couldn't be around for any runs for round 1, but I have been completely subsumed this holiday. I think I played a total of 5 games of ME3 all week, and those were at like 11AM on christmas day.. heh. Good news is, after new years day, I'll be completely free again.

Edit: NOOO.. just realized Rd 2 is on Goddess... that map is my nemesis!  I once had my xbox freeze 3 times on that map.. in one game.  Should be interesting. :/
