Has anyone else ever taught this? maybe they where once Human and where shaped into their current form by one of the Old Gods?. To resemble Dragons?.

The Kossith aren't from Thedas. So, the Old Gods wouldn't have any ties to the Kossith, since they only arrived to conquer 2-3 centuries ago.

Not that I am subscribing to any particular theory, but it seems to me that 'divine' entities who are capable of flight would not be limited by the constraints and confines of one geographical region.Urzon wrote...

Flemeth is some kind of dragon , and she doesn't look like a Kossith.
Though it could make a nice lost mythology .
We don't know much about the Kossith , specialy before the Qun ...
But again Dragon Age is a lot about its own myth and legend , i don't know if they're gonna go into great details about how each races was born , just to keep the mysteries going on.
