Somebody please help.
I posted a while back about having resurgance for ME3 in the origin window with the the message "ready to install". I click on it and get the message "insert CD/DVD into drive c:/" I take it this may mean that the game didn't actually download correctly, but I have no idea how to re-download it.
I got no replies so I just didn't worry about it.
I downloaded the new addons (Rebellion and extended cut) and am getting the same message for all 3 addons.
I tried to contact EA support but can't even get through to them.
I click on the email us button at the bottom of this page under support and am transfered to the EA login page.
I login on this page and get the message "unable to redirect to required source".
I went through google search and managed to at least login to the EA help centre, but when I try to click the contact us button none of the contact options are available (ie Phone me, live chat or email me)
When I type my problem in and press enter the page just redirects me back to the main FAQ page.
I've searched this and many other forums for my particular problem but haven't come across it at all.
Hence the need to post this and hope that at the very least someone can help me get in touch with technical Support.
I really want to see the extended cut.
PLEASE someone help me.
