Anyone else on a PC that downloaded from Direct2Drive having this problem?

When launching the game I get an error window labled AWC.dll and a message that says:

The game cannot launch because of a misconfiguration.  Please reinstall your game and try again.

Currently on the 3 install with all firewall and virus protection turned off (again)
