I'd never skip Marksman on a Turian Soldier. It's the bread and butter of the class, his signature power.

Revenant with AP and damage mods
Assault rifle gear bonus
Assault rifle rail amp
Stability mod
Armor piercing rounds

This is my go to setup. I stockpile those stability mods and assault rifle amps, then go nuts. On Marksman I take duration over headshot, I find the enemies you can headshot go down so fast that the duration is more helpful for the big baddies.

Mobility sucks, stay in cover, blah blah the weaknesses of the class are well known.

Warp detonates Overload. So you can get tech bursts, just not Biotic explosions.

How many seconds do you have before Overload wears off?

You are still good for tech bursts?
Especially if you equip distruption ammo.

That is how I run my Turian Sentinel.
If there are a bunch of biotics on my team, I just switch to one of my biotic characters.

My Turian is my tech support guy.
Chain Overload and Disruptor ammo, there is a lot of tech bursts going of even when I am on my own, combine with an energy drain and other tech powers and you have a party.

Probably the lack of mobility bothers people the most.

Me? I love my Turian Sentinel. I love turians in general and that was the one race I REALLY wanted to play in multiplayer, and was fortunate enough to unlock one fairly early.

Took a little getting used to mobility-wise, but now I feel like a pro with him. I actually find myself forgetting to use dodge/roll when I play other races, just because I'm so used to my beloved turian.

Sad not to see a lot of them being used... but then again, helps make me feel unique in a room.

Yeah because I don't think I've ever managed a tech burst with the sentinel. The overload's cooldown is probably longer than the time we have to detonate it.

I'm pretty sure you need 200% cooldown and have Tech Armor off for the Turian Sentinel to set off him own Tech Burst.

You have 4 URs, what the hell?
Buy more Recruit Packs and Veteran Packs, that'll get you the Turian characters for sure, and you'll be able to max out your Commons and Uncommons -- which is what you should have done before moving on to Spectre Packs and PSPs.

The Turian races in the multiplayer are awesome. Just got back into them a couple weeks back.

BTW, im on the PS3 also and my PSN tag is Irokster1r in case anyone wants to run some gold matches.

On very rare occasions I've self detonated, and I always keep my armor up, and I carry a huricane, so no 200% either. It's possible, but incredibly inprobable given the short window and the travel time of the projectile.
