This is a semi serious question, they wont add another race now. Mac wants the speculations though.

BW pandered to the horny teens by adding a whole race of blue lesbians, but there is only one gay guy in the entire universe. The other one apparently died.

Fair question. Sure, Thane was apparently designed to serve for the male-inclined the way asari serve for the female-inclined, but there are three drell in the entire trilogy and like a hundred asari. And, you know, Thane did have a wife, so there's not all male race, unlike the all female stripper race the asari are.

Ignoring the hilarious mispelling of bisexual, I'd love to see how a race of red gay reptiles would be able to reproduce. Impregnating males of their own species/other species? I'd love to see how that would work out.

An all male species that can reproduce is on par with a circular square. Molecular nonotechnology and FTL travel at least makes sense within the contex of the setting.
