And to those that are suggesting that I am biased due to homophobia... nice strawman. No, I don't like the idea because I prefer they keep the amount of absurdities to a minimum in science fiction
The Asari would be females if they evolved from hominid analogs that reproduced sexually. The males could have been killed off by some natural disaster or plague.
