Would you pay for Leviathan dlc?

And if so, how much would you be willing to pay?
For me, it depends on how severely it affects the story and/or endings.
Leviathan dlc (impacts ending: successful refuse option) : Yes I would, definitely. $40-80.
Leviathan dlc (normal SP dlc: Foreshadows Catalyst's logic) : Pass.
Use this formula if you want to keep it short.

& no, I wouldn't buy the DLC unless it's long, interesting, fun and in a environment we've never seen before.

BioWare will charge whatever price they think is reasonable.

I know it's a ridiculous amount of money and they'd never charge that much unless it was some sort of expansion. But I honestly just want to Mass Effect and Shepard to get the ending they deserve so much, that I'd be willing to pay excessive amounts for it. Then I could find peace with it and let the story go.

The ending works so much better without that nonsensical element.

We could do it if we had the dedication to the cause and enough time and persistence. I honestly could see the fandom raising maybe somewhere in the hundred thousand, even million category with enough time.

I mean no insult or offense, but this is EXACTLY what is wrong with gaming today. DLC needs to die a firey death, esp when they write up the DLC and finish it before releasing the game.

Why are people so fixated on refuse? Bioware could've "clarified" that EDI and the Geth don't die in high EMS destroy, an unambiguously positive ending
Doesn't that still come down to "space magic!" in the end? I'm not focusing on refuse, but all endings provided make little sense. Destroy is just the least crazy of them all.

Fine hate the endings. I feel sorry that you will never get over it, but you are entitled to your opinion

I'd like the me3 dlc to be superior to LOTSB.

I want bioware to improve the quality of their dlc's. The me2 ones were great, but I felt arrival took a step backwards when compared to Lair of the shadow broker.

- If it adds something to the ending > yes
- If it creates some other interesting outcome that was not handled in the ending (i.e.: Omega) > yes
- If it only provides random mission + random squadmate that does not even get closure in the end like Javik > no

Thanks, and I'm more than willing to accept other's opinions as well. I think hate is too strong a word; I hate the feeling that they are rushed - a hate I also share for DA2 - but the endings themselves I do not hate. I am confused by them. Things such as biotics were explained during the earlier games; the magic clouds, why the catalyst was unable to take action itself and such (given it pretty much admits it controls the reapers?) make zero sense to me, and don't fit the pattern. Why explain biotics in detail, and yet not explain the magic clouds? As such, I'm unhappy with the endings.
