You know who must love synthesis, Aboriginals. I mean they must totally relate with all the good feelings of being remade into a white person's image to better understand their superior line of thought.

I'm talking about what is happening on the screen when Crucible shoots a green beam. What happens to people and other creatures.
No one is melted.

No, they're just turned into husks instead and connected to all Reapers.
Something which the Catalyst admits was it's true goal over all. Yeah that's great.

And now your just talking out of your ass.

Ok but you miss the point that the whole galaxy lost someone they loved. Do you really think they would accept the Reapers, the murderers, right next to them?
If they accept the Reapers that means the must have been brainwashed or they have no emotions anymore.

Just because we don't see resentment against the Reapers in the epilogue, it doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
For instance, we also don't see resentment against the salarians for their innaction in the Destroy epilogue. Should I assume people were brainwashed into forgiving them?

Anyway, we can only make peace with our enemies. Humanity was able to, mostly, forgive the turians for the FCW because it was benefitial to join the gallactic community. Now, it's benefitial to accept the Reaper's help in rebuilding.

Do you know what I find funny?
You are saying there are events that we just dont know because they dont get shown. At the same time you are denying exactly that in the refuse ending. As a matter of fact you see NOTHING after it cuts to black.
So its ok for you to assume things in the other endings but not in the refuse ending?

Im still waiting...

- Reapers live
- Star brat lives
- Shepard dies
- Bioware is happy
- Those poor husk come alive
- People are forced to change their DNA against their will
- People are forced to stop conflict and make peace even if they don't want it
- If everyone walked around with green heads then I'd explode

There's a few for you.

"We are superior"

"Organic life is nothing but a genetic mutation."

"You exist because we allow it and you will end because we demand it."

"You are bacteria."

"We are eternal. The pinnacle of evolution and existence. Before us, you are nothing."

Yeah. They don't like it. Sure.
Synthesis is reaperisation on a galactic scale. It is making us like them, as they wanted all along.

They obviously do not husks.
Of course, if you so wish, so be it. I'm not trying to convince anyone.
I did not choose Synthesis. But I know what I saw on the screen when watching Synthesis cutscenes on YouTube.

They are husks. That the Reapers allow them to keep their personalities intact (presumably) in their new order is irrelevant.
They are as the Reapers wish them to be.

How would the Asari even know that their archive just happened to have a VI that just happened to know what the Catalyst was? Moreover since they'd still have to wait for completion of the Crucible about the same amount of lives would've been lost.

It's a prothean superweapon. Call me crazy, but a prothean beacon might be more of use than the obelisks people were using in their desperation.
No because Vendetta would have given credibility to Shepard's plan which would have helped gather support to speed the building of the Crucible and Cerberus would never have been able to even get close to it which also means the Reapers would never have learned the Citadel is the Catalyst thus saving more lives.

Yes and if everyone had that kind of clairvoyance they'd have built 600 dreadnoughts with thanix cannons in every gun port and spanked the Reapers until they begged for mercy.

Harbi says we are the pinnacle of evolution in ME1, in ME3 synthesis is supposed to the high-point of evolution, hence high-point of evolution equals being a reaper.

For real??? This is your argument???

I never said that in that post. Those quotes were to illustrate how the Reapers do, in fact, promote reaperisation and think themselves superior.
You made the connection on your own there. I wonder why.

The greatest tactical minds in the ME universe and their mothers insist how it is impossible to defeat the Reapers without the Crucible. Shepard refuses to use it.
It is a quite safe assumption the Reapers won. It is also corroborated by the unique Stargazer scene.

don't know about the other but for me, the main reason is because it's what writers want me to choose it.

Okay, we've seen technological pattern on the leaves of trees. Why reapers make husks of the plants? Helped them to ascend?

To eliminate all organic life and rewrite it into Reaper approved hybrid life.

You don't need clairvoyance to realize that if we are depositing all our hopes in a prothean superweapon, a prothean beacon might be of assistance.

And the Reapers would still have won in that scenario.

Because even if you willfully ignore all the many, many moral, political and scientific implications like Bioware totally wants you to, it still goddamn sucks as an ending.

Shepard jumped into a pit and everyone became happy and green. 100+hours of gameplay justified.

Not Prothean superweapon... to be nitpicky... but countless of cycles old superweapon that nobody knows what it does... and in the end apparently it was just a giant battery.
